You can now fly to well over 20 airports in Spain. Low-cost airlines EasyJet and Ryanair both offer a wide choice of destinations throughout the country. You will also find a choice of routes with budget airlines like flybe and Jet2.com.

The availability of flights and the variety of departure point increase during the long beach holiday season, when tour operators like Thomson and Thomas Cook provide charter flights from UK regional airports to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and all the popular holiday regions on the Spanish mainland. Flights tend to be more expensive during the summer school holiday period. Many of the best deals are found in early spring and autumn. It is always worth booking as well in advance as possible.
