Valencia Airport Directions - Trains to Valencia Airport
There are no direct trains to Valencia airport but it's served by a regular, convenient, low cost metro service. While you wait, why not explore this wonderful city with its stunning old quarter, hints of ancient city walls and Roman remains in Seu and Xerea districts. From Valencia itself, Spain is your oyster, with frequent, fast train services to every major Spanish city and outwards into Europe and – via Eurostar – to the UK. The city's many town beaches are a big draw, including gorgeous, sandy L'Ahuir, Miramar, Gandia and Rafalcaid beaches for a start. The metro brings all this and more into easy reach and it's equally easy to get to the airport.
 
Directions to Valencia Airport - Buses to Valencia Airport
There's a good choice of buses to and from Valencia airport. There's the Aero-Bus which takes you straight into Valencia city centre. Services leave regularly between 6am and 10pm and it costs about two and a half Euros for a single journey. Alternatively there's the local number 150 bus, which also connects the airport with the city but takes a much more interesting and longer route. It's a great way to get a feel for the city if it's daylight, since the bus stops at all sorts of interesting places along the way. It costs just over a Euro for a single trip and the last bus leaves the airport at 11.15pm. If you want to go straight to the seafront Malvarrosa beach is easy to reach from the city centre on the Metro, by bus, car, bicycle and even on foot.
 
Valencia Airport Directions - Driving to Valencia Airport
It's hard to miss Valencia airport. Like most modern airports it's very well signposted and all main roads lead there. Find highway 7, then highway 3, then look out for the N220 and you're there. The A7 heads south to Alicante. You can hire a car at Valencia airport, with at least five car hire firms to choose from including Avis, Europcar and Hertz. Alternatively pick up a taxi in front of the Arrivals hall and pay around a pound per kilometre, making a single trip into Valencia centre about £10.
