Train
Getting to the airport by train is fast and convenient as the airport has its own railway station: Glasgow Prestwick Airport. The airport terminal is a short walk from the station. Trains connect Glasgow Prestwick Airport with Glasgow Central train station every 30 minutes (hourly on Sundays). Trains take 50 minutes. Trains run from 06.00 (09.00 Sundays) until 00.15 (Saturdays 23.30; Sundays23.00). Trains also run to Ayr, the Ayr Coast, Stranraer, Kilmarnock and Newcastle. Bus
Regular bus services run to Glasgow city centre. The X77 Stagecoach Western Express service runs to the city centre every 30 minutes (hourly off peak). Buses take about 50 minutes.
