EXETER AIRPORT - FLIGHT INFORMATION

Exeter Airport is one of the UK’s quieter airports. Around 700,000 passengers passed through in 2011. The airport is an important UK departure point for budget airline Flybe. The summer season sees a significant increase in flights, with tour operators Thomson and Thomas Cook operating routes to beach holiday destinations in Europe. Air Malta operate a seasonal route to Malta. 2012 saw around 6 airlines flying to over 30 different destinations.

A wide choice of destinations includes many of the key holiday airports in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, Corfu, Madeira, Malta, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey and Portugal. Exeter has an especially wide choice of routes to Spain. A strong presence from Flybe ensures an excellent choice of routes to cities in Europe. Both Italy and France are well served. Seasonal winter flights head for key ski holiday airports in Switzerland, Austria and France. Exeter also offers flights to Jersey, Guernsey, the Scilly Islands, the Republic of Ireland and domestic airports in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
