BODRUM AIRPORT (BJV) – FLIGHT INFORMATION

Milas-Bodrum Airport is convenient for holiday destinations on the Turkish Aegean. The airport allows easy access to resorts like Altinkum, Bitez, Kadikalesi, Konacik, Kusadasi, Turgutreis, Yalikavak and Bodrum.

The availability of flights hugely increases during the exceptionally long beach holiday season, when tour operators like Thomson and Thomas Cook provide charter flights from regional airports throughout the UK. You will also find charter flights with Monarch and Pegasus. Many of the best deals are found in early spring and late summer when the weather remains warm and sunny. Seasonal routes often begin in April or May and end in September or October.

Bodrum is also very well served by low-cost airline EasyJet and budget airline Jet2.com. You should also find competitively priced flights with British Airways. All these routes are also seasonal, beginning in late March or April and ending in October.

The summer season sees an excellent choice of flights from a very wide range of regional airports. Thomson Airways operate routes from smaller airports like Cardiff and Exeter. EasyJet operate flights from Bristol, Gatwick, Stansted and Liverpool. Jet2.com usually fly from East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Glasgow, Newcastle and Manchester.

Finding direct flights in the low season is problematic if not impossible. Winter visitors will probably have to fly via Istanbul, Antalya or Ankara.
