People who booked with an XLLG tour operator and have not yet travelled will be able to claim a refund, but with large numbers of people affected it will take some time for the CAA to deal with claims.

If you wish to book an alternative holiday, you will unfortunately have to pay again and make a claim for a refund from the CAA. To search for an alternative please click here www.directline-holidays.co.uk

For further information from the CAA and to download a claims form click here: http://www.caa.co.uk/default.aspx?catid=1804

If directline holidays have organised your package holiday you will see ATOL 9103 on your confirmation. Only in these cases are we responsible for arranging alternative flights or, if this is not possible, for providing a full refund of the package price.  If the alternative flights are at an additional cost, you may choose to pay the additional costs or accept the full refund.
