Limoges Bellegarde Airport is a very convenient starting point for holidays in the Dordogne. This is a small airport with very few flights each day. Getting through the airport on arrival and departure is a relaxed affair. There is a bar and restaurant.

If buses are not available we recommend the fixed-price taxi service to Limoges train station. Fixed rates (2012) are 23 € Monday to Saturday and 31 € evenings and Sunday. No charge for luggage. .
