La Rochelle Flights

La Rochelle Airport (LRH)

La Rochelle – Île de Ré Airport is a convenient gateway to one of the prettiest seaside towns in France. Low fares from the UK have made this charming sea port a deservedly popular short break destination. The airport is well-served from the UK during the summer months, with both EasyJet and Ryanair offering seasonal flights. Some routes begin around May while others only operate in peak summer. There are far fewer options in the winter season. Your best bet outside summer is Ryanair, who operate year-round flights from London Stansted. Reasonably priced indirect flights are available from regional airports with flybe and Jet2.com.

Rochelle is a small regional airport. Arrivals and departures are fast and hassle-free. Low-cost airlines Ryanair and EasyJet account for a large part of the airport’s passenger traffic. The airport is just 3km from La Rochelle city centre.
