Once you have booked your cheap flight online with directline-flights, it may still be possible to upgrade your ticket to business or first class if desired. Currently there is no online system in place for upgrades to tickets so to upgrade your flight booking you will need to contact directline-flights directly by email. To do so email admin@directline-holidays.co.uk with the details of the changes you wish to make to your booking. Please make sure you include all the details of your booking including all booking reference numbers you have received. directline-flights will inform you of whether an upgrade is possible for your booking.

 

If an upgrade to your flight booking is possible directline-flights will inform you. Please be aware that changes to flight bookings may incur a fee from directline-flights in addition to the extra cost of your upgraded ticket. That means you may incur an administration fee from both directline-flights and the airline you will be flying with on top of the extra cost of an upgraded ticket. Administration charges are usually not extensive and are applied to cover the costs of changing the details on your booking and ensuring it is secured in the online and offline systems.
