Hire a reliable metered taxi from just outside the airport to get around Gran Canaria, or why not hire a car so you can explore the island under your own steam? There are several car hire companies inside Gran Canaria Airport terminal including Avis, Hertz, Europcar, Record and Euto Reisen. Gran Canaria Airport is easy to get to if you are driving, as Airport is located on the main road on the island, named GC1, with the exit that leads to the airport clearly signposted so you are sure to find your way.
