Situated on the east coast of this beautiful island, Fuerteventura Airport enjoys a fine location with a variety of transport options wherever you are heading to begin your island paradise holiday. There are no trains on the island, however it's convenient to get around by bus or by car. Find a taxi at the taxi rank in front of the airport terminal, You will find that getting around Fuerteventura is fast and simple, leaving you with nothing to do but get on with enjoying your holiday in the sun.

 

There are two bus routes that run from Fuerteventura Airport to get you to your resort quickly and easily. Cost effective and regular, look out for the number 3 bus heading between the capital Puerto del Rosario to the airport and beyond to Caleta de Fuste. This bus runs every hour taking passengers and their luggage to the capital and down the south coast. The Number 10 bus leaves three times a day from the airport to Calete de Fuste/ Gran Tarajal/Costa Calma. You can find bus time tables at the airport information desk.

 

Situated just 3 miles south of the island's capital, Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura Airport is a breeze to get to if you are driving. The airport is situated right on the east coast of the island so simply follow the FV-2 road south along the coastline until you reach the airport. If you are heading to the airport from the south, head up this same road (the FV-2) until you reach the airport.
