Welcome to our "manage my booking" service. If you've booked direct with the airline and you’re struggling with any aspect of managing your booking, we’re here to help. Our experienced, ABTA-trained staff can help with online check-in, adding your passport details, downloading boarding passes, adding baggage, selecting seats, and even changing your flights or names!

So if you’ve better things to do with your time and don’t want to worry about the hefty airline charges for making a mistake, let us take care of it all for you. We’ll even print and post your documents, if that’s what you want.

How does it work? It couldn’t be simpler. Just call us on Freephone 0800 408 5635 or 020 8405 1111 and tell us what we can help with. If you’d prefer to leave a message, we’re happy to call you back. If we can help (and normally we can) we charge a simple modest service fee, agreed in advance. Our menu of fees is as follows:

 

All at £5 per person All at £10 per person
Online check-in and send boarding passes by email Add baggage
Add passport information Change names
Book preferred seating Change flight times
Book priority boarding Change route or date

 

(Any charges made by the airline are, of course, additional).

 

Your updated documents will be sent to you by email, so you can print them immediately. If you’d like us to print your documents and send them by First Class Post (as well as by email) a supplement of £5 applies, towards print, postage and handling.

Many of these processes can be carried out online. When it’s necessary to call the airline (which normally involves waiting in a long queue), a supplement of £10 (per booking, not per person) applies towards the time and cost of the call.
